　Kyoto State Guest House marked the 20th anniversary of its establishment on April 17, 2025. To celebrate this milestone, we are offering a special series of guided tours throughout the year, with room displays updated every four months.
　The final part of the 20th Anniversary Guided Tour series, Vol. 3, will begin on January 6. It will feature works by three holders of Important Intangible Cultural Property (Living National Treasures) who have ties to Kyoto State Guest House, together with works by their descendants who carry forward the traditions of Japanese artisanship. This guided tour offers a deeper look into the role of Kyoto State Guest House in welcoming world leaders and the traditional artisanship that underpins its finest hospitality.
